The Methven Lodge #51

The Methven Lodge’s “big” January meeting.  This is the only Lodge meeting anywhere in the whole Province of Canterbury during the month of January.  It is generally for the  joint meeting of St Augustine Lodge #99, Waimate and the United Forces Lodge #245 in Chch. originally all 3rd Wednesday Lodges, United Forces now meet on 2nd Tuesday but desire to retain our January meeting.

This evening will be the 40th anniversary of this gathering.  A Second degree with be conferred this evening.
